The Livornese hen is a chicken with the folded crest, as white as her eggs.
Organic and free range, our hens live in a mobile hen-house that moving on its wheels allows to follow the cows throughout the 34 acre of grazing land. The hen-house is manually moved every three or four days in order to provide fresh grass to the scratching animals. Moreover we give them whey coming from cheese production, in order to have rich, powerful and good eggs.
